Refund policy

At Wild Eye Vision, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair return and refund process. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.


Return Period

  • Return window: You may request a return within 90 days from the date your order is delivered.

  • In cases of exceptional delivery delays outside of our control, the return window may be adjusted and communicated directly to you.


Conditions for Returns

  • Eligible items: New and lightly used products are accepted, including items that have been opened or briefly tested.

  • Unshipped orders: Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled by contacting our customer support.

  • Shipped orders: Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined below.


Items Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us as soon as possible after delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging

  • Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you


Faulty Items & Warranty Claims

  • Some products are covered by a product-specific warranty, which is detailed on the relevant product page.

  • If an item becomes faulty or breaks during normal use within the applicable warranty period, the warranty terms apply.

  • Please contact our support team with details and photos where applicable.


Change of Mind Returns

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled through the standard return process

  • Please clearly indicate that you are requesting an exchange when contacting us


Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us promptly with your order number and photos

  • We will arrange the return and shipment of the correct item at no cost to you

  • Order number

  • Contact details

  • Reason for return

  • Photos where applicable

All returns require prior authorization.

Returns are processed at one of our international logistics facilities located at the following address:

This address is used exclusively for return processing and quality inspection and is not our business office or customer service location.

Returned items must be securely packaged with all original accessories and documentation. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Refunds

  • Returned items are inspected upon arrival at the return processing facility

  • Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: Up to 7 days after inspection

  • Shipping and transit times are not included in the refund processing timeframe

  • No restocking fees are charged


Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items: Return shipping costs are covered by Wild Eye Vision

  • Change of mind returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
